Riders, bikes, and luggage from the airport straight to your hotel or start point — bike bags and oversized gear included.

What’s included

Who it’s for

Cyclists flying into Taiwan to race or travel, and teams that need riders, bikes, and luggage handled in one go.

Four Airports, Four Ways We Pick You Up

Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) is where most international flights land, covering both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. We adjust the pickup time to match actual arrival and customs clearance, so riders and travelers never have to stand outside the terminal with a bike and luggage — baggage claim and customs usually take a while, and the vehicle times its arrival to that buffer.

Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA) mainly serves domestic flights and some cross-strait routes. The terminal is small with a short walk from arrivals to pickup — ideal for connecting to trips in the north, or as a short transfer before switching to the High Speed Rail or heading to another city.

Taichung Airport (RMQ) sits close to several popular climbs and city-loop routes, so you can head straight from the airport to a training ride or race start in central Taiwan — no need to drop bags in the city first and backtrack, leaving that time for warming up or resting instead.

Kaohsiung Airport (KHH) is the gateway for southern Taiwan and offshore-island connections. From here you can head straight to destinations across the south, or to the transfer point for a boat or flight to an outlying island — good for riders and travelers with plans in the south or across regions.

All four airports are within our service area. Our fleet has 4 support vehicles, each carrying up to 8 people and 8 bikes at once, so larger groups or teams can split across vehicles or ride together depending on arrival time — no need to break into extra trips just to fit everyone.

Common drop-off points after landing include hotels, race athlete villages or a designated meeting spot, and the start of a training route. We route to the actual address you give us, not a fixed pickup location.

After clearing customs, the driver will hold up a sign in the arrivals hall or confirm the pickup spot over LINE — for larger groups or lots of luggage, we can also set a clear meeting point in advance so no one gets lost in the crowd at the exit.

If the pickup point isn’t a hotel — say, an athlete village, a race check-in venue, or a friend’s place — that works too, as long as you give us the correct address and contact details in advance; the vehicle will still arrive on time.

If people in the same group are staying at different hotels, the vehicle can make multiple drop-offs — you don’t all need to be at the same hotel to share one ride, which gives more flexibility in planning.

After you land, if you want to confirm accommodation or itinerary details, you can go over the day’s route with the driver in the vehicle, so everything downstream is clear.

Handling Bike Bags and Bike Boxes

Whether your bike is in a soft bike bag, a hard case, or the original manufacturer’s box, it goes straight into the vehicle — no need to disassemble or repack outside the airport. It travels the way it landed, which saves you from assembling or breaking it down in the parking lot.

When cases are larger or the group is bigger, let us know the headcount and number of pieces in advance so we can bring enough vehicle and cargo space — this avoids several people’s bike boxes crowding into one trip and being hard to load, and lets the driver plan the loading order ahead of time.

After you arrive at your accommodation or start point, unloaded bike bags and cases can stay in the vehicle if needed, or we’ll help carry them in, so you can focus on checking in or resting first instead of rushing to assemble your bike the moment you land.

Beyond bike gear, the vehicle also carries oversized luggage and race equipment — tool boxes, spare tires, supplies — so the whole day-of-arrival trip is done in one go, without shuttling back and forth to the airport because there’s too much to carry.

On international race trips, it’s common to have roughly half bikes and half luggage and tool cases — the vehicle allocates seats and cargo space based on the actual count and weight, so no one ends up with a seat but nowhere to put their gear.

If there are multiple arrival points in one trip — say, riders land first and the support crew arrives a few days later — pickups can be arranged in batches, no need to wait until everyone has arrived to set off.

Group luggage that includes both riders’ gear and non-racing companions’ regular bags — say, family traveling along — can also be counted into the vehicle plan, so you don’t need a separate ride for them; if the luggage count changes at the last minute, just let us know so we can adjust the vehicle in time.

If your bike’s brand or model is unusual, or the case is larger than standard, it also helps to tell us in advance — we’ll confirm it can be loaded directly, rather than discovering a space problem on the spot and having to rearrange the vehicle.

When multiple vehicles are dispatched at once, each is assigned by that group’s flight and headcount, so every group has enough room for bikes and luggage — no group’s gear gets split up just because vehicles were shared.

Flight Changes and Flexible Timing

International flights often shift their departure and arrival times — pickup times adjust to the flight’s actual status, so you’re never left waiting outside the terminal because you landed early or late, and you don’t need to re-confirm on your own.

If your trip includes a connection or arrives in stages, just tell us each leg’s timing in advance and we’ll arrange the pickups to follow — no need to split one trip into several transfers just to match a fixed time.

Please let us know about any actual flight change through the inquiry form or our LINE Official Account ahead of time — we’ll re-adjust the pickup based on the latest flight time, so the vehicle is there when you are, with no missed connections.

Round-trip pickups can be arranged together too — the outbound and return flight times can be set separately, so you don’t have to fit both around the same vehicle’s schedule.

Group travelers often land on different flights — pickups can be arranged separately for each subgroup by arrival time, no need to wait for the last flight before everyone departs together.

Once a pickup time and location are confirmed, any last-minute change can still be updated anytime through the inquiry form or LINE — the arrangement will be re-adjusted to the latest status, no need to reapply for the whole trip.

If landing is delayed due to airport operations or other factors, the pickup is still adjusted to the actual announced time — you don’t have to track updates yourself and report back; once the new pickup time is confirmed, we’ll also proactively message you on LINE so you don’t have to keep checking.

Some travelers plan to handle other things near the airport first — renting a SIM card, exchanging currency — before setting off; the vehicle can match a slightly later meeting time, so you don’t have to cut that prep time short just to match the vehicle.

The online inquiry form supports seven languages, so travelers from abroad can describe their flight time, headcount, and bike type in the language they’re comfortable with. Once submitted, it carries over into our LINE Official Account for our team to confirm details — no need to translate into Chinese or English first, and no worry about a term getting lost in translation.

After landing, if customs or baggage inspection takes longer than expected, the vehicle keeps waiting at the agreed spot — it won’t leave just because you cleared customs a bit later, so every rider and traveler gets picked up as planned.
