This page explains how “24EZGO” (“this site” or “we”) handles information received through this website and through phone, Facebook, LINE, WhatsApp, and WeChat. This site is operated by seh STUDIO Co., Ltd. (unified business number 90011062).

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us: the name, email address, preferred reply channel and account or number you provide through the “Online Inquiry” form or the contact channels above, together with your trip details (service type, airport, city or county, dates, party size, notes, and similar).

How we use it

This information is used solely to prepare quotes, arrange the support vehicle, and confirm transfer details with you. It is not used for any other purpose.

How it is stored and shared

• When you submit the “Online Inquiry” form or a LINE MINI App booking, the content is written through a Cloudflare Worker into a permission-protected Supabase operations database and forwarded to our LINE Official Account for our staff to follow up. You may instead message us directly via LINE or WhatsApp.
• Conversations over phone, Facebook, LINE, WhatsApp, and WeChat are stored and encrypted by each platform’s own mechanisms. We use the contact details within those conversations only to arrange your trip.
• We do not sell personal data, and we do not provide it to third parties for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for anonymised traffic and interaction analysis, so we can understand demand across languages and services and improve the site. GA4 uses cookies to record device and visit behaviour (page views, button clicks, language switches, inquiry steps), with IP anonymisation enabled.

We collect aggregated, de-identified statistics only. We do not send your name, phone number, address, travel dates, notes, or LINE conversation content to GA4. Analytics event parameters contain only non-personal fields such as language, service type, and contact channel.

You can block cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’sAnalytics Opt-out Browser Add-onto refuse GA4 tracking. We do not use advertising or remarketing trackers.

When you visit this site, our system sends one internal notification containing only non-personal fields: coarse location (city, country), network provider, device and browser type, referrer, and the page visited. It does not contain your IP address, your name, or any personally identifiable information.

Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as needed to reply to your inquiry, perform the service, provide customer support, and handle disputes. The system does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data through the channels below, and we will act on it after verifying your identity and any mandatory retention obligations.
