## About this service

“24EZGO” is the official website of a bike support (SAG) vehicle service offering three services: airport bike transfer, island cycling tour transfer, and race SAG support. This site provides service information and an online inquiry channel only.

## Nature of quotes

Any amount shown on this site or produced by the form estimator is for reference only. The binding quote is the one confirmed between both parties. The actual fee may vary with round trips, night or holiday service, extra bikes, distance, and similar factors.

## Bookings

This site does not currently offer instant online booking. Every request is confirmed manually for availability and final pricing before the service is considered agreed.

## Payment and cancellation

Payment methods, deposit ratio, and cancellation or refund rules are confirmed with you at the quotation stage and follow whatever both parties agree.

## Service coverage

Coverage follows what is published on this site. For outlying islands or unusual routes, please describe your needs when you inquire so we can confirm whether we can serve them.

## Limitation of liability

The content, timing, and cost of the transfer and transport services we provide are as confirmed between both parties. Where weather, traffic control, or other force majeure changes an itinerary, we will do our best to coordinate alternatives, but we are not liable for losses not attributable to us.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
