# About 24EZGO

24EZGO bike support is operated by seh STUDIO Co., Ltd. — a Taichung team that grew out of organizing bike races.

## Who We Are

seh STUDIO Co., Ltd. was founded in Taichung in 2020, a team focused on cycling events and brand design. We organize the TCU Taiwan City Criterium race series and have long worked on course planning, rider categorization, and race logistics.

## Why We Run Support Vehicles

After years of organizing bike races, we know exactly where riders and teams struggle on the road: getting people, bikes, and luggage together in one go, transfers before and after a race, and having logistics follow a multi-day round-island tour. 24EZGO turns that on-the-ground race experience into a bike support service for riders and international travelers: airport bike transfer, island cycling tour transfer, and race SAG support.

## Our Fleet

24EZGO runs a fleet of 4 support vehicles, each carrying up to 8 riders or travelers and 8 bikes in a single run. The cargo area holds bike bags, bike boxes, and oversized luggage, plus race supplies and equipment. The same fleet setup adapts to three different scenarios: for airport bike transfer, one vehicle can handle a disassembled bike box together with several pieces of checked luggage; for island cycling tour transfer, riders move between cities over several consecutive days, so the fleet schedules follow-cars and shuttles around each day's distance and lodging; for race SAG support, vehicles need to stay with the course the whole time, ready to stop for supplies or to pick up riders who drop out, with vehicle and staff scheduling built around race timing.

## Track Record

seh STUDIO has 7 years of experience in cycling race logistics, supporting 10 to 20 events a year and serving more than 3,000 riders and travelers. The events we've supported range from KOM hill climbs and criterium circuit races to long-distance races covering up to 197 km in a single day — plus races on Penghu island and Ironman triathlon events that go beyond cycling alone. Each event type places different demands on a support vehicle: hill climbs require quick roadside pickups on steep sections, criteriums call for fast positioning inside a closed circuit, and long-distance races test sustained supply runs and vehicle scheduling over many hours. That hands-on experience directly shapes how 24EZGO plans every support vehicle trip.

## Team & Race Organizing Background

24EZGO is operated by the seh STUDIO team, which also organizes the TCU Taiwan City Criterium race series. Running races as an organizer means we handle course planning, rider categorization, and on-course logistics firsthand. Course planning involves scouting road closures, assembly points, and pickup zones in advance; categorizing riders means understanding how different team levels move and what they need; and on race day, picking up riders who drop out or fall behind — along with their bikes — has to happen fast. Turning that organizing experience into a support vehicle service means we plan airport and round-island routes, and schedule vehicles and staff, to the same standard we use on race day. Our drivers are all experienced with bike handling and race-route logistics, and confirm pickup points and timing for each day's schedule before heading out.
